What takes place during the organizing consultation?

I normally do a virtual consultation and evaluate the space that way. I may also ask for photos of the space to be emailed. If there is a need for me to do an evaluation in person I would be happy to do so, we would simply deduct an hour from our organizing package and it would be paid in full the day of our consult.

What spaces do you organize?

I can organize most spaces! Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, offices, closets and cabinets. As well as, organizing and sorting children’s toys, clothing and paperwork.

What do you do with the things I want to get rid of?

All unwanted items will be recycled, thrown away, or donated as necessary. Other arrangements may have to be made if items are too large of quantities.

What should I do before my cleaning service?

Ideally, nothing! but I do highly suggest that you clear away some personal items such as, mail, magazines and items. Too many items on counter could prevent spaces from being cleaned.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes! I will have everything with me for your cleaning service. If you would like me to use a product you have feel free to let me know. I bring a vacuum as well, but if you would like to avoid cross contamination and possible allergies I would be more than happy to use your personal vacuum.

What if I am not happy with my cleaning service?

If you are not happy with the results of your cleaning service please call us within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to come back and address what was missed. We want you to be happy with your home and I always recommend doing a walkthrough after your service appointment.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Please notify me as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours will result in a $50.00 charge for both cleaning and organizing appointments. I understand that things do come up and I will do my best to fit you back into my schedule.

Do I have to be home for you to clean my home?

It is completely up to you! Most people do not have time to be home when I am cleaning their spaces, but I want you to be comfortable with whatever you decide on doing. If you are not going to be home just let me know how I will be going in your home, whether it is a code or if you will be there to let me in.
